Effective date: October 4, 2026.
This policy explains data handling on ProWorkstack’s website and calculators.
Calculator inputs
The ProWorkstack Tool Engine performs calculations in your browser. It does not create an account or store a database of calculator inputs and results. CSV exports are downloaded to your device; printing uses your browser’s print function.
Currency preference
When you choose a currency, the calculator saves its currency code in your browser’s local storage so later visits can use that preference. Calculator amounts are not saved with this preference. You can clear it through your browser’s site-data settings. Shared scenario links include the chosen currency along with the entered values.
Scenario sharing
The Share scenario button creates a link containing entered values. Anyone receiving that link can view those values. URLs can also appear in browser history, server logs, and the systems of services that handle the link. Use non-confidential figures in share links.
Technical website data
Website hosting, security, and caching systems may process technical request data such as IP address, browser information, requested URL, and time of access. These systems support delivery, troubleshooting, and security. Logged-in administrators also use WordPress authentication cookies.
External links
Source links take you to independently operated websites. Their operators may collect data under their own policies. ProWorkstack does not control those sites.
Messages and feedback
If you contact ProWorkstack, the message and contact details you provide may be used to respond and investigate the issue. Share only the information needed to explain the request. Use fictional or non-confidential calculator values when reporting a problem.
Advertising and analytics
The calculator engine does not include advertising, analytics tracking, or an external calculation service. Other website integrations have their own data behavior. Any material addition to the site’s data practices requires an update to this policy and appropriate visitor choices.
Your devices and shared results
You control downloaded files, printed results, browser history, and links you distribute. Delete local files and avoid forwarding scenario URLs when the values should remain private.
Policy updates
This page is updated when material website data practices change. The effective date identifies the current published policy.
