How this calculator works
Counts are capped to the preceding stage to maintain a nested group of records. Stage conversion = next-stage count ÷ positive preceding-stage count × 100. Overall conversion = closings ÷ leads × 100. Money left after variable costs = counted closings × money left after variable costs per closing.Worked example
Two hundred leads produce 60 appointments, 30 qualified opportunities and nine closings. Overall conversion is 4.5%; lead-to-appointment is 30%, and qualified-to-close is 30%. Nine closings at 2,500 money left after variable costs give 22,500.Assumptions
Defaults are illustrative. Replace them with your own measured quantities and documented assumptions. Use matching periods and a consistent currency wherever monetary amounts are entered.Interpreting your results
This structures entered counts; it does not connect to a CRM or forecast market demand. Capping cannot repair mismatched data. If later-stage counts exceed earlier stages, investigate group of records definitions before relying on rates.Calculation formulas

MIN(appointments,leads)- q
MIN(qualified,a)- c
MIN(closed,q)- Leads that became closed deals
SAFE_DIV(c,leads,0)*100- Leads that became appointments
SAFE_DIV(a,leads,0)*100- Qualified opportunities that closed
SAFE_DIV(c,q,0)*100- Earnings after variable costs from closed deals

Frequently asked questions
What should I check before using the result?
A month of new leads and a month of closings can refer to different people. Follow the same group of records through its stages, allowing enough time for outcomes to mature. Define what counts as qualified before comparing teams.
Does this tool connect to my records?
No. This is a local calculation from the figures you enter. It does not scan accounts, import private records or verify legal, regulatory or exam requirements.
